The Minor Civil Claims Assistance Counsel was launched to provide ordinary citizens with fair legal protection and to give lawyers an opportunity to act for public interests and provide public legal services. Ordinary citizens, such as working-class people including basic livelihood security recipients, are eligible to affordable legal assistance in KRW 20M or lower minor civil claims field with the competent court within Seoul, from the preparation of a brief to the closing of proceedings. This Counsel is regarded as a revolutionary system that helps the nation and its people reduce losses and burdens caused by lawsuits.
